Salmon with Lentils

I feel like I am the only girl who likes to cook who is not crazy about the Barefoot Contessa.  I generally cannot  get through a whole half hour of Ina Garten making a dish for the neighbors without rolling my eyes.  However today, she caught my attention with her Salmon with Lentils recipe.  I've added it to my wish list of recipes and suggest you check it out. She makes a lentil and vegetable mixture that the seared and roasted salmon sits on top of.  It seems like a really easy recipe and I like that its simplicity allows a lot of room for improvisation.
